What are the t-shirts made of?

Made of 100% fine combed organic cotton, this lightweight fine jersey is exceptionally smooth and tight-knit, making it just as opaque as much heavier fabric.  Environmentally safe and friendly pre-washed organic cotton is manufactured under strict conditions, resulting in a pesticide, herbicide, and chemical-free product.  Since the t-shirts are pre-washed minimal shrinking occurs.

What size shirt should I order?

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective item.
If you have received the wrong or defective item we apologize.  Unfortunately due to high volume errors can occur.  If an error does occur e-mail us within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

How do I return an item?
Unworn and unwashed t-shirts can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping.  Contact us first at Jiffy@TheNakedHippie.com

Do you accept design ideas?
If you have a good design idea, feel free to e-mail us and we will review your design.  If chosen we offer a partnership package.  This offers you a percentage of sales for your design.

How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at Jiffy@TheNakedHIppie.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we may be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there.

Do your t-shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all of our t-shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week.
